Eva Proksch blends yoga, Prosecco and nature in summer wellness retreats

Eva Proksch has turned her lifelong passion for yoga into a thriving practice in Hörsching. Her unique approach blends movement with relaxation, helping students ease pain and improve their daily lives. Now, she’s inviting people to join special outdoor sessions this summer. Proksch first discovered yoga in her early twenties while travelling in Chile. Though she stepped away for years, she rediscovered her love for it a decade ago. Today, she runs her own studio in Hörsching, offering four weekly classes that focus on balance and harmony.

Her teaching has made a difference for many. Participants report less back pain and a better quality of life. She even leads a men’s yoga group, helping them move past self-consciousness about flexibility.

This June, Proksch is hosting two ‘Yoga, Prosecco, and Tapas in Nature’ events on the 10th and 17th at 6 PM. Each session costs €49 per person and combines gentle movement with a relaxed picnic. Another popular offering, ‘Yoga in the Vineyard,’ lets attendees stretch and unwind surrounded by vines. The upcoming outdoor sessions provide a chance to experience Proksch’s method in a natural setting. With a focus on accessibility and well-being, her classes continue to attract those looking for both physical and mental benefits. Spots are available for the June dates, with more events planned for the future.
