Total Nutrition Recalls Organic Moringa Products Over Salmonella Risk

Total Nutrition Inc. has announced a recall of two TNVitamins organic moringa products due to possible salmonella contamination. The affected items are 100% Organic Moringa 1,200 mg Capsules and 100% Organic Moringa Powder. Customers are advised not to consume them and to dispose of them immediately. The recalled capsules come in white bottles containing 90 capsules. The powder is sold in white HDPE jars holding 96 grams. Only products with lot numbers AB9917, Lot 2800 (expiring February 2028) and AB9904, Lot 2782 (expiring May 2028) are affected.

The supplements were distributed nationwide through Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and the company’s website. Salmonella can cause serious infections, particularly in young children, older adults, and those with weakened immune systems. Symptoms include fever, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.
