Kalininsky Hospital Unveils Upgraded Therapy Unit After Major Renovations

Kalininsky District Hospital has completed major renovations to its therapy unit. The upgrades include a full overhaul of utility systems and interior finishes, along with a redesigned layout to improve patient care. The work was carried out under the state’s 'Healthcare Development' programme. The newly upgraded therapy unit now features modernised facilities and a comfortable lounge area for staff. These changes aim to enhance conditions for both patients and employees. The department will serve over 40,000 residents in the municipality.

A mentorship system has also been introduced to support new recruits. Experienced specialists will guide them through workflows and institutional standards, ensuring a smooth integration process. Three new employees are set to join the hospital in 2026, with 14 more expected in 2027.

The renovations are part of a broader initiative. By the end of the year, major repairs are planned for departments in 15 medical facilities across the region. The therapy unit at Kalininsky District Hospital is now operational with improved facilities. The mentorship system will assist new staff as they join in the coming years. These upgrades will benefit thousands of local residents in need of medical care.
