Glucose Goddess launches Anti-Spike Formula to slash sugar spikes by 40%

The Glucose Goddess, Jessie Inchauspe, has announced the launch of a new supplement called Anti-Spike Formula. It claims to cut glucose spikes from carbs or sugar by up to 40 percent without changing how food tastes. The product is set to go on sale in April and is already available for pre-order. Anti-Spike Formula contains four natural ingredients: white mulberry leaf, lemon extract, a vegetable extract blend, and cinnamon. The supplement is designed for daily use, taken once before eating foods high in carbs or sugar. The Glucose Goddess website cites 25 clinical trials backing the individual ingredients, though none test the formula itself.

The supplement costs £46 for a 30-day supply. Inchauspe has clarified that it is not a miracle solution and should be used with her existing dietary advice. Despite the upcoming launch, some health professionals have criticised the product on social media, calling it 'disappointing' and 'dangerous'.

Nutritional therapist Pippa Campbell argued that no pill can compensate for an unhealthy diet. She stressed that supplements should support, not replace, balanced eating. Anti-Spike Formula is expected to draw more interest when it officially launches in April. The product joins a growing market of supplements aimed at managing blood sugar levels. Its reception among health experts remains mixed, with scepticism about its long-term benefits.
