Voting opens for BusinessCloud's 2026 HealthTech 50 innovation ranking

Voting has opened for BusinessCloud’s HealthTech 50 innovation ranking for 2026. The list highlights companies developing technology for personal healthcare, preventative medicine, GP practice management, and messaging platforms. A total of 96 firms are in contention for a place in the final ranking. The shortlisted companies now face a two-part selection process. A judging panel and public votes will decide the final 50. The panel includes Lauren Bevan from Capgemini, Robert Walker from techUK, Abeyna Bubbers-Jones from Medic Footprints, and Helen Cole from the Northern Health Science Alliance.

Reader voting begins today and will close at 23:59 on Sunday 5th July. The results will then be compiled with the judges’ choices. The completed HealthTech 50 ranking will be published online on Monday 20th July. The ranking aims to showcase the most innovative health technology companies in the UK. The final list will reflect both expert opinion and public support. It will be available to view on BusinessCloud’s website next month.
