Kazakh Scientists Unveil Miracle Juice—A Vitamin-Packed Natural Drink for Immunity
Researchers at Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University have developed a new natural vitamin drink called Miracle Juice. The beverage combines pumpkin, carrot, apple, and sea buckthorn—ingredients selected for their high nutritional value. Early tests suggest it could help prevent vitamin deficiencies and support immune health. The development of Miracle Juice began with a focus on maximising vitamin content and therapeutic benefits. Scientists at the Department of Pharmacognosy carefully optimised the mixture to enhance its nutritional profile. The drink underwent rigorous testing, including organoleptic, physicochemical, and microbiological evaluations, ensuring it met all safety and quality standards.
Preclinical assessments confirmed the drink's safety, with toxicity and sub-toxicity tests showing no adverse effects. Further analysis revealed anti-inflammatory properties, attributed to compounds like flavonoids, phenolic substances, and vitamins C and K. While sea buckthorn—the drink's key ingredient—has been studied in oil and topical forms, no large-scale clinical trials have yet proven its benefits in vitamin-rich beverages. The project also highlights Kazakhstan's potential to use native plant resources in pharmaceutical and food production. By aligning with global trends towards natural ingredients, the team aims to contribute to preventive healthcare solutions.
Miracle Juice has completed standardisation, verifying its nutritional and safety indicators. The drink is positioned as a natural option for immune support and vitamin deficiency prevention. Its development reflects broader efforts to integrate traditional plant-based resources into modern health products.
