L-Nutra Secures $36.5M to Revolutionize Longevity Through Nutrition Science

L-Nutra, a Los Angeles-based nutrition technology firm, has secured $36.5 million in its latest funding round. The investment, led by Abu Dhabi's Mubadala, pushes the company's Series D total to $83.5 million. Its focus remains on advancing nutrition science to extend healthy lifespans and combat chronic diseases.

The company specialises in developing nutrition-based therapies aimed at improving human healthspan and reversing chronic illnesses. Over the years, it has completed 47 clinical trials and obtained 137 patents for its innovations in medical and longevity-focused nutrition.

As part of its expansion, L-Nutra will partner with Mubadala to establish a production hub in Abu Dhabi. This facility will manufacture medical nutrition therapies and longevity products tailored for markets across the Middle East and North Africa.

Joseph Antoun, the firm's chairman and CEO, recently stated that L-Nutra stands at a pivotal moment in its mission. He highlighted the company's commitment to transforming nutrition into a tool for extending healthy, disease-free living.

The latest funding boosts L-Nutra's capacity to scale its research and commercial operations. With a strong patent portfolio and clinical trial history, the company is positioned to expand its reach in medical nutrition. The Abu Dhabi collaboration marks a key step in delivering its therapies to broader global regions.
