Lionheart's KLOTHO-UP Study tests supplements to extend healthy ageing
Lionheart Health has launched the KLOTHO-UPTM Study, a clinical trial focused on extending healthspan through advanced supplementation and technology. The programme now includes Rejuvant's CaAKG supplement as a key requirement for all participants. This follows a new partnership between the two companies under the XPRIZE Healthspan initiative.
The study combines Rejuvant's calcium alpha-ketoglutarate (CaAKG) supplement with Lionheart's BodStimTM platform. Participants receive personalised Klotho-focused supplements alongside regular health monitoring. Testing takes place at the start and at set intervals over a 12-month period.
The collaboration brings together Rejuvant's research-backed nutritional products and Lionheart's digital health tools. Both aim to slow ageing and improve long-term health outcomes. CaAKG has now become a mandatory part of Lionheart's Klotho Wellness Program as well.
The KLOTHO-UPTM Study marks a structured effort to merge science-backed supplements with digital health tracking. Participants will undergo regular assessments to measure progress over the year.
