The 2022 Philippines National Demographic and Health Survey revealed that 51% of women aged 15 to 49 faced difficulties accessing healthcare when sick. The most common issue, reported by 42%, was the lack of funds for treatment. Maxicare Prima’s new plans seek to address this gap with flexible and affordable options.

The suite includes four main products. Prima Consult costs ₱999 per year and covers unlimited doctor visits, one Annual Physical Exam, and Personal Accident Protection. Prima Access, priced at ₱9,999 annually, adds coverage for select laboratory tests and diagnostics.

For broader needs, Prima Elite offers unlimited access to a wider range of lab procedures and diagnostic tests for ₱19,999 per year. Expectant mothers can opt for Prima for Moms, a complete prenatal care package priced at ₱16,499 for all three trimesters, including unlimited consultations with OB-Gyns. The plan can also be purchased per trimester: ₱7,999 for the first and ₱4,499 each for the second and third.
