Oahu’s First Mobile Vegan Grazing Cart Redefines Private Dining

A new vegan dining experience is now available for private events on Oahu. Analea Manakai, founder of Eat Plants Elevate, has launched Graze Elevated—a mobile grazing cart offering customisable plant-based options. The service brings interactive, gourmet vegan food directly to gatherings, from weddings to corporate functions.

Manakai has also gained attention for her culinary skills, recently appearing on Hawaii News Now Sunrise with Grace Lee. There, she demonstrated how to transform tofu into cholesterol-free egg-style dishes, showcasing her approach to creative vegan cooking.

Graze Elevated provides a unique, hands-on dining experience. Guests can enjoy two hours of unlimited grazing from a cart equipped with a built-in cooling system to keep all items fresh. The menu features handcrafted vegan cheeses, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and signature dips alongside artisanal jams. For those craving something sweet, the cart also includes a Vegan S’mores Cart.

Beyond the mobile service, Graze Elevated offers grazing boards packed with gourmet vegan options. Each selection is tailored to individual or group preferences, accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies. The focus remains on high-quality, plant-based ingredients designed to impress even non-vegan guests.

Manakai’s other venture, Eat Plants Elevate, extends her culinary expertise further. The company provides private chef services, including weekly meal prep, nutritional consultations, and custom cleanses. All offerings are fully plant-based, reflecting her commitment to health-conscious, sustainable eating.
