Raffles London's £15,500 Wellness Programme Transforms Elite Lifestyles in 12 Weeks

Raffles London at The OWO has expanded its wellness offerings with a new 12-week programme for high-net-worth professionals. Launched in January 2024, the 'Transformation Programme' combines fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing support under the hotel's in-house brand, Pillar Wellbeing. Since its start, over 150 participants have joined, with each intake limited to around 50 people.

The programme begins with a Personal Wellbeing Assessment, measuring weight, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, stress levels, and blood pressure. Participants then receive a tailored plan, including up to three one-to-one coaching sessions per week, led by a team of specialists. These sessions focus on movement, recovery, or both.

Group classes form part of the schedule, with options like high-intensity interval training, boxing, yoga, Pilates, and sound healing. A daily mobility programme is also included. Nutrition guidance comes from Stephanie de Chillaz, Pillar Wellbeing's head of nutrition, while optional food and drink delivery is available for an extra fee.

Mental wellbeing is supported through optional coaching with Dr Vanessa Moulton, educational sessions, and full access to Raffles London's wellness facilities. Each participant is assigned a dedicated wellbeing mentor for the full three months, serving as their main point of contact. Wearable technology, such as a Whoop health tracker and a Freestyle Libre glucose monitor, is provided to encourage long-term behaviour change.

The programme runs year-round from January 2026, with prices starting at £15,500 for the full 12 weeks. Pillar Wellbeing, co-founded by celebrity personal trainer Harry Jameson, delivers the entire experience.

The 'Transformation Programme' has already attracted over 150 participants since its launch in early 2024. With structured fitness, nutrition, and mental health support, it aims to help ambitious professionals make lasting lifestyle changes. The next intake will begin in January 2026, with spaces limited to around 50 per cohort.
