RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG has reported its financial and operational results for 2025. The healthcare group treated nearly 939,000 patients last year, marking a 2.5% rise from 2024. Despite higher revenues, profits fell, though the company remains optimistic about future growth. The group's consolidated revenues climbed by 6.8% to €1,704.7 million in 2025. However, consolidated profit dropped to €36.3 million, down from the previous year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) reached €105.9 million.
Investments in advanced medical technology continued throughout 2025. A new laboratory line was installed in Gießen, while Marburg gained updated cardiac catheter equipment and a 3 Tesla MRI scanner. Bad Berka introduced a new radiotherapy system for cancer treatment. The group also became the only hospital operator in Germany with three next-generation photon-counting CT scanners in use.
Looking ahead, RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG forecasts revenues of around €1.7 billion for 2026. EBITDA is expected to rise to between €110 million and €125 million. The company also anticipates modest improvements in patient case numbers and cost efficiency next year.
Shareholders will receive a proposed dividend of €0.20 per share for 2025. The group has additionally expanded its care services and launched further development projects across its clinics. RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG's 2025 results show steady revenue growth alongside a decline in profit. With new medical technologies in place and further expansions planned, the group expects gradual improvements in 2026. The dividend proposal reflects a commitment to returning value to shareholders while continuing investment in healthcare services.
