Two weeks later, biologist Dr. Elke Schulz will present 'Anti-inflammatory Foods' on Monday, October 13th, from 7 to 9 pm. This session will explore how diet can influence inflammation in the body.
On Thursday, October 16th, Valeria Langen will host 'My Health Begins in the Gut' from 6 to 7:30 pm. The talk will focus on the role of gut health in overall well-being.
The final seminar, 'Sun and Vitamin D', returns to Dr. Wilhelmi on Tuesday, November 4th, from 7 to 8:30 pm. Attendees will learn about the importance of sunlight and vitamin D for health.
