Skingevity, a London-based medical clinic group, has appointed Dr. David Eccleston as its new Chief Medical Officer. The company, which operates 12 locations across four countries, continues to expand with a focus on clinical excellence and local leadership. Eccleston will play a key role in shaping governance and professional standards across all sites.
Skingevity was founded with a UK-first approach but now has international reach. By February 2026, it runs 12 clinics, with eight in the United States and others in Germany, Switzerland, and the UK. The company is led by co-CEOs with strong financial and operational backgrounds.
Agnolio, one of the co-CEOs, serves as chief operating officer and previously worked as a principal at The Boston Consulting Group. Ghio, the other co-CEO, holds the CFO role and was formerly an executive director at Goldman Sachs. Their combined experience supports Skingevity's growth strategy.
Dr. David Eccleston's appointment strengthens the company's medical leadership. He will develop a unified approach to governance, education, and professional development. His role also includes supporting best practices and empowering local clinical teams.
With Eccleston's arrival, Skingevity aims to enhance consistency and quality across its global clinics. The new Chief Medical Officer will work closely with local leaders to maintain high standards. The company's expansion and leadership changes reflect its ambition to grow while prioritising clinical excellence.
