Transbaikal Region Launches First Dietary Supplement Production Line

The Transbaikal Region has started its initial production of dietary supplements, marking a significant milestone for the local industry. This project, backed by the regional Industrial Development Fund under its 'Food Industry' program, has received financial support to kickstart production, paving the way for future expansion.

By 2026, the company plans to manufacture a range of health products, including collagen with added vitamins, L-carnitine, and other nutritional supplements. These products will be distributed to federal retail chains and pharmacies, such as CVS Pharmacy and Walgreens, across Russia.

The project is also expected to create around 20 new jobs, providing employment opportunities for residents and supporting the region's economic growth.

The launch of this facility introduces a new sector to the Transbaikal Region. With production slated to begin by 2026, the supplements will soon reach stores and pharmacies nationwide. This move not only strengthens the area's industrial base but also boosts the job market.
